What a rush!
Have you ever been mountain biking? Until today, I had never been...
The idea came from @NicoleSpang1. Nicole is a team leader and a member of the EMS Fitbit team. (We are piloting Fitbits at EMS there are 16 staff and 30 students that will be using them this year.) Nicole, Logan (no Twitter yet, but hopefully soon), and myself went out to John Muir Trails in LaGrange and biked the trails. We went with the Orange trails and finished just under 50 minutes. I'm hooked, that was awesome.
